Holiday Update

Easton Farmers Market officially ended their season last week. In spite of very colds temps, the turnout was good. We are willing to meet up with special orders throughout the winter. We will be back in the spring most likely every Saturday.

Kent Island at Christ Church has been a fantastic change of venue.  Not only is it toasty warm but we have met so many new people.  We will remain there on Thursdays from 3:30 - 6:30. We will be on break next week (12-29) but will be back the following week.

Our inventory is dwindling some.  We have a decent supply of of the following: Ground beef, pork, and veal. Sausage, bacon and scrapple. Steaks - Delmonico, T-Bone, Porterhouse and Sirloin. Chuck roasts and chuck steaks. Pastured, Rose Veal Roasts and steaks. Chicken and a few small Turkeys.  We are out of pork roasts and will most likely sell out of chops today.

We will replenish our stock in March.

We have heritage pigs for the season.  If you are intersted in reserving a whole or half we are taking deposits.  We have had great interest.  Buying the whole pig is the most economical way to go.  Consider splitting it with family or friends. Steers will be available whole or half as well.

We will be working over the winter to establish an onsite farm store.  More info to come.

Stay tuned, lots of changes to come at the farm.  We are very excited and looking forward to the New Year.

Happy Holidays,
